Oh my, that sweet potato pie! Divine! I’m very particular about how I like mine, it has to be just the right flavor, sweetness and firmness. And I’ve had enough bad sweet potato pie before that I didn’t even think I liked it anymore. Then I saw A&M Bakery at the Garfield Park Farmer’s Market and I tried his pie. It’s absolutely perfect!nnEverything I’ve tried there is incredible. And I also love that he has a mix of the must-haves, like chocolate chip cookies and red velvet cupcakes, to some baked goods you don’t often see, also including the ginger molasses cookies, which are another favorite. In addition to the booth at the farmer’s market, I’m looking forward to visiting the bakery downtown to sample even more incredible confections!
The pulled chicken slider was even better than I hoped! Surprised to also learn that the yeast roll is handmade by the owner as well. What an under appreciated establishment. I’ll definitely be back.
Wonderful experience. We were visiting from out of town and needed a birthday cake. The cake was extremely moist and beautifully presented. The owner won over 4 teenagers with his kindess. If I lived in Indy this would be my new bakery.
Great little hole in the wall deli with good prices.
