Best experience, people are friendly and helpful no matter what, my and i still remember Jose, he looked asian but speaks Spanish, he was the best, i bet he still is because he was moving up the ladder, not like the one on river rd, people are nasty there.
The people who work here have always been wonderful and friendly. I love that they make it less of a chore to go to the bank.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience with a credit card company that I have ever had! I will never ever use Wells Fargo again. I warn everyone out there to save your time and pick a different company to work with.
I made a $2,900 deposit and they put a ten day hold on my funds. I felt like a spectacle when I was at the bank. I don’t like the fake greetings or being asked in line why I am at the bank. My banking is private and I do not want to discuss it in line. The staff are fine but the bank policies are not in support of the customers. I made a deposit, these funds are not available and in the mean time they continue to collect fees. I do not feel valued in any way as a long term customer. Everything is on their terms.
Not a client, but stopped through the drive through to break a $100 bill. They won’t do that if not a client. I’ve been depositing into my dads account here for years, but no personal account, no service! Guess bank has enough clients.
