My delivery never arrived and they claimed that the delivery driver called me twice because he was lost. I was at my phone the whole time and received no calls from them. I’ve been ordering from this store for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem until tonight. I politely asked for my money back. Hopefully I’ll get a refund. I just didn’t like being brazenly lied to out of the blue like that. From the recent poor reviews, I feel this store may be declining in quality and customer service. They used to be really good and dependable. Update 10/27/20: Although the owner gave a refund, they provided a fake email in the below response. This is very disappointing and childish of the owner. I won’t be ordering from this Jimmy John’s store anymore.

This experience was great and the food was super yummy! Major difference from a year ago. Really appreciate the staff!! The driver was quick and kind! Thank you!

Slow but standard good. Recommend ordering online to beat the lunch rush.

They made and charged me for 3 subs though I only ordered two. Had to correct the order get a refund and ended up with the wrong sub for my son.
