Ungodly slow. Whether you are standing in line or sitting in the drive-thru, count on spending, at minimum, 20 minutes waiting....and waiting....and waiting. Even using the app to place an order 30+ min ahead for pickup, you will still spend at least another 10 minutes waiting upon arrival. Utterly abysmal.nnThat being said, staff members are typically cheery and kind, and I’ve never had an order made incorrectly.
The drive thru was manic. 12 cars in line. I decided to park my car and enter the business. I was greeted promptly and ordered my ice coffee. Within 2 mins I was called to pick my coffee up, however it was a hot latte not cold.nThe associate was very apologetic and promptly remade my ice coffee.nGreat servicenGreat coffee
Good place employees don't really know how to follow directions
Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. How is this more convenient when you cant even walk in to place your order? There was a sign that stated that only the drive thru was open for convenience ud83eudd14 Why are the hours changing daily?? Zero consistency.
Dining room closed. Couldn't drive around building because of a semi blocking the Northside of the building, I had to turn around and go back the wrong way to get through. Someone is going to get hurt because of this.
