My 84-year-old father-in-law has been training with Tracy for 3 months. His balance and walking has improved tremendously. He is so pleased. A neighbor gave us Tracy's book, Tipping Toward Balance. After we read the book, he set up an appointment to meet and work with her. We all highly recommend Tracy.

Tracy is a lifesaver!nnShe has an uncanny ability to help immeasurably with your core strength, spatial awareness and self-confidence. She incorporates yoga, Pilates, weight training, balance exercises and a host of disciplines when planning a fitness/therapeutic program for her clients. There is no “one size fits all” at Tracy’s studio. That is all too common in other local gyms and studios. I started working with Tracy this past week. I tend to quit quickly in training because I end up injuring myself. Tracy is gently kicking my butt! I am already seeing results in my dexterity, my pasture, my strength, and my overall feeling of well-being! She monitors her class like a hawk making sure we have proper form to prevent injury. I have HUGE respect for her skills as a trainer.

My aunt has been training with Tracy for almost two years. Tracy has helped her gain back the balance she once had and now she seems 20 years younger. Now at the family events at my aunts house she shows all of us what she can do on the BOSU ball and tells us all to try the exercises she is doing. My entire family recommends Tracy, as she is extremely knowledgeable in her work and she has guided my aunt to a life of activity she thought she would never do again.

After having my right hip replaced I began to have significant pain in my left hip. I was on mynway to having my left hip replaced. I was referred to Tracy Markley by my wife an avid Pilates student to attend her Pilates class. Within 90 days my left hip pain totally disappeared. It’s been over a year now and still no pain. Understand the philosophy behind Pilates i see why; CORE; bringing all internal structures into balance through strength. I wonder all the time if I really needed my right hip replacement.
