We order through Fetch more than we should, but it is definitely helpful. We even received a call from their CEO asking what they can do better if anything at all. It shows me they care and are willing to take constructive criticism if warranted.

I used Fetch delivery regularly during my recent stay in Santa Fe and it was great! I even spent time with the founder, Gordon and his team. Gordon is a really cool guy and he's convinced Fetch is the future. I couldn't agree more. It's not just food delivery. These guys provide a proper concierge service at a reasonable price directly from an app on my phone. I was impressed. Highly recommended using them if you are in the Santa Fe and surrounding areas.

I've used Fetch three times and loved their service. But they are outrageously priced. I paid $70 on top of my grocery tab, then a tip. Although I love the service I don't see the value nor can I afford it! $4.99 a mile doesn't work for me. Also, I had a long list of groceries. The list only transferred part of the order so I had to cut and paste my order onto several texts. The app kept freezing up and couldn't answer the shopper. App needs a lot of work.

Do not use this service. They have a ton of hidden fees. I ended up having to spend $11 more than I planned! And on top of that my order was wrong, and no one notified me. I didn't know until I got my food. And then the app gives me no easy way to make it right. Absolutely ruined my dinner and my night. And I had to pay extra for that privileged. So yeah, go with someone else.

I especially love ordering from FETCH during snow and rain, or if you are in the middle of cooking and need an ingredient! Their team is great! We used them during a women’s circle, for a group of errands and shared the cost—it is totally a party saver!
