Its proximity to town., & the water.
Great location.
Nice campground
Waterfront sites, it's all about the view and I was not disappointed. Water, electricity, sewer and if the sun is shinning and there's not a cloud in the sky...tv. You can walk to old Town and to wonderful restaurants. I'd come back but only to the waterfront sites because I adore the view.
Soo close to old town. Right along the river. Easy in and out graveld spaces.
