We loved working with Dan Powell in sales and Levi in financing at the Vincennes location! They are amazing guys and are always aiming to make sure you get the car you’re looking for at the price you can afford. They take pride in committing to their customer service standards. We never once felt pressured to buy a car that was out of our price range. Levi had some innovated ideas about what we could do monthly to afford the car that we looked at that just happened to be a bit out of our price range monthly, but once we told him that wouldn’t work for us still, he said, “no worries, we’ll find you the right car.” And we did. Levi also made sure that we got what we were looking for as far as a loan and who we were wanting it to be with. Once he figured out what we were looking for as far as a loan and how much we wanted to spend monthly, Levi told us exactly what kind of car specs to look at to meet those needs. Dan was just a joy to work with all around. He was always smiling and was very knowledgeable about the cars on his lot. Andy, their buyer, was also amazing. We didn’t get to converse with him in person, but when we had questions and concerns about the cars we were considering, Dan went to him. Andy went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with our purchase by telling us more about what he learned when he acquired the car for Uebelhor and even threw in an extended warranty program to ease our minds about the small collisions the car was in. This is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. They have a wonderful service department that services our Acadia with careful inspections and quality service. They show me a video of the inspection of my vehicle every time I take it in for an oil change. I highly recommend this dealership also for its courteous and helpful staff. It was the best experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Our next vehicle will definitely be purchased at Uebelhor's!!!
