Pizza Hut

I ordered online at around 1:13pm for delivery and they called back and said I could change to carry out cancel or wait until 4pm for another driver to start their shift and i told them i will wait until 4pm they called me back and told me a driver wasn't going to be available until 5pm and then told me i could switch to carry out or cancel my order i told them i would be in to pick it up and they said it would be ready at 4:15 my order was not fully ready until 4:47pm and I waited for a long time to finally get my order and the staff was too slow today. Only got $20 credit should be careful when ordering from them online.

Not only where there fragments of bone in my pizza (likely due extremely cheap bacon supplier), there were also thin black hairs baked into it. Now I can personally understand if a hair falls into food when you're preparing it, but two of the same kind? In different areas of the same slice? In addition to bone shards? Disgusting. How many other hairs on the other slices? How many 1cm long slivers of bone?

I called to order pizza hut for my daughter who has disabilities. And asked. If they could deliver. Some rude lady came on and was completely rude and said no. I asked. If I could meet them closer then where I live. I will no longer eat here. RUDE PEOPLE. RUDE LADY WORKING TONIGHT

Best pizza I've had in a while -- it was perfect! Their fries and garlic knots are also amazing. Be safe, wear a mask! Ordering online and picking up your meal via curbside is available and was very convenient.

I always order from this store and never had a problem! Today on the other hand! Went in to pick up my order and they had lost my pizza. Waited 10 minutes for a new one by the time it was ready they had lost my wings! They offered to make me a new order and wait another 10 minutes or store credit. I asked for my money back and the cashier was not very happy about that! She called her manager left me standing there and she went off to eat. Manager never showed up instead she had one of her other workers go deal with the problem.
