Mallow Run is a great local vineyard that’s open to the public for tastings of good local wine, live music, and great fun with friends. They have ample covered patio seating to keep you in the shade and out of the rain. It’s also heated, for when the fall days get a bit too chilly. They’re both dog and kid friendly too. You can bring your own food in, purchase from food trucks that are frequently there on weekends, or purchase a cheese and fruit tray. You can’t go wrong with a visit to Mallow Run.
This is, hands down, the best winery in central Indiana. From the vineyards visible as you drive in, to the historic barn converted to a gorgeous tasting room, to the outdoor music stage and Saturday concerts, this place is a gem. They have very good wine for people of all tastes from dry to sweet. There is a well curated food selection. Plus they own an adjacent event center (The Sycamore) that looks top-notch. I've heard it is very well run. I highly recommend a visit to Mallow Run!
I love this winery! Not only do they accept dogs but they also have local bands play! It was such a wonderful day to sit in the field, have some great wine/cider and listen to music
Delicious wine. Not just sweet, but also dry wines. There was a wine here that made me remember my trip to Italy and the wines they had in Tuscany. Highly recommend to anyone driving by. 6 tastings per person, and a dog friendly outside area. Not a lot of shade though so bringing your own is a good idea.
Wines are delicious, especially my favorite Foch! Many flavors offered, you can't go wrong! No tasting fee!!nStaff is very friendly and grounds are clean and well kept. Pets and children are welcome.
