Wonderful experience for my grandkids. Wonderful people work here. The drivers and ticket sales staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were warm, helpful, and friendly even when I got a little snippy about trying to fit a helmet on my teenage granddaughter’s elaborate hairdo. I appreciate their patience with me, and you should see the smile on the faces of my other two granddaughters! I can’t wait to do this again!

We did the buggy tour. Definitely recommend you do the tour if you are staying in Florence. The scenery and views are breath taking and won't wanna miss. Our driver Mike was awesome and friendly. We came back to do the tour but was closed on Monday so we did the ATV tour tour you drive yourself, NOT the same as the buggy tours. A must do for sure! ud83dudc4d

This company lost our business because we could never make a reservation because they never answer their phone. It went into voicemail every time we called. They took a long time to call back and we kept playing phone tag. We ended up going with their competition Sand Dunes Frontier. They don't require reservations which is good in case an emergency comes up and you need to cancel. Sandland Will not give a refund no matter what. We got a thrilling ride at Sand Dunes Frontier. The driver we had used to drive for the TV show Storm Chasers. And.... customer service folks answer their phone. They don't do reservations. It is first come first serve basis. We waited a little bit but it was worth the wait. My husband gave a very large tip to our driver for 30 min Sandrail tour because he was an awesome driver. My Advice to Sandland: Answer your phone so folks can make reservations AND have some compassion for giving refunds to those who had an emergency arise.

We took the extreme sandrails 1 hour excursion with Mike & Dan. Can't even express the exhilarating ride we received. Fast, breathtaking views, tummy butterflies & adrenaline rush. Trusted Mike to keep us safely on the edge while taking our breath away. He's an experienced sand dunes driver & it shows. We highly recommend this tour for the value & fun. They provide goggles. Bring your own face gator & a zipper bag or pocket for your phone. Recommend closed toe shoes, long pants & sweatshirt.

We booked the 1 hr sand dune buggy tour after recommendations from friends, and we can highly recommend. What a unique experience and an amazing thrill for the whole family! The information on their website is very accurate ... These buggies go FAST and dress warmly! Our driver Dan was fantastic. Our 6 and 7 yo children were seated in the front seat and our driver made sure they felt comfortable. I absolutely recommend this tour! The mini golf was fun as well, the property is well maintained.
