I got my hair done here a couple weeks ago. I scheduled my appointment for 2:30 and I wasn't taken in until 3. This part wasn't as big of a deal at first. Second, when I scheduled my appointment I scheduled an all over color with highlight, which is also exactly what I told Emma I wanted before we started my hair.I have very short, thin hair and my hair took a total of 4.5 hours and was not at all what I wanted. I was also charged almost $200, which I thought was crazy since I had never been charged that even when I had long hair. I asked what the price breakdown was and what she was charging me for. She said she did a balayage style on my hair, which was not what I wanted or asked for. I had asked for an all over color because I did not want any of the dark color left in my hair and stated this to her as well. There was still a lot of dark left in my hair which I didn't like. I also was not able to look at the back of my hair at the salon until after I left, running two hours late to where I needed to be. When I got home and looked at my hair, I noticed how bad my hair looked. My hair was very brassy looking with splotches of color in areas. I texted Emma the next day with no response. I then texted the day after that and she finally responded. I was asking if she could fix my hair because it was not how I wanted. She proceeded to tell me it would be another $100. I told her I felt like it should be discounted because it did not look good at all and it's not what I wanted to start with, it was her fault and needed to be fixed. She then ignored me. I tried to call the salon several days in a row with no response. I had to have my friend redo my hair.

First of all I love Pam! She took her time getting to know my likes and dislikes and nailed the look I was going for. This was important to me for I have had the same hair dresser for years and needed a new one. I got a short cut with cute bangs and layers.

Went to Pam. She is aaaahhhhmazing. My hair turned out even better than expected. She is awesome all around. Cut, color, and style. She also has a great personality and is straight up with you as far as what she is comfortable with. She has it goin on! Go see her.

Brandy ohaver pemberton is a beast! She does my hair n i love it! Nice clean and great people! They are very friendly and you will have great conversation while being pampered!
