Had an awful experience with this Pharmacy today. My friend made a required appointment online for 2:30pm for covid-19 testing. Arrived at the drive thru at 2:15pm. At 5:40 pm he finally arrived at the drive thru window. Lady immediately says they are having computer problems. If computer problems are happening why didn't they notify anyone waiting in line? Then when they looked up his information, they say he is not on the schedule and that the nurse is gone for the day. He verified with them the correct address and confirmation number and still could not find him. Told him there was nothing they could do and reschedule another appointment.nnDO NOT DO TESTING HERE AT ALL OR ANY PHARMACY NEEDS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR HOW TO COMMUNICATE!!

Covid testing should not be performed at this location. Took over an hour with an appointment to get tested at the drive thru. Web site says 2 -3 days, call in number for results says due to high demand 4-5 days. My son is still waiting on his results after 19 days. This is theft in my opinion, taking money for testing with no results.

Corporate CVS really needs to learn that they're dealing with health and not fast food. One pharmacist and one technician in the evening, while doing COVID testing, is insufficient. Picking up meds is always stressful and a hassle.

Words cannot describe my frustration after trying to get a COVID-19 test at this location. I waited in the drive-thru line for OVER THREE HOURS, two of which it was actually my turn to be tested and they spent legitimately over 2 hours just to process my insurance. They had no explanation for the extensive delay in services and did not communicate anything other than asking for a picture of my insurance for 2 hours straight. I wish I would’ve never came.nnIt was reported to be their first day testing today, but it does not excuse the complete lack of consideration for my time and the customers time behind me in line. Don’t open up testing if you’re not trained properly or prepared. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR COVID-19 testing. There’s so many other options, save yourself the time and tears and go somewhere else.

Absolute pathetic pharmacy service! Should not even have one. Refuse to answer the phone and rude when presenting your prescription. It’s obvious that management must approve of such poor customer service from reading all the negative reviews. Maybe Walgreens would make an offer to purchase this location. I’ll take future prescriptions to Walgreens.
