We highly recommend Sonny Side of Scuba! Paul is fantastic! He’s been working with our whole family (5 kids) to be ready for a scuba diving vacation. He’s kind, patient, great with the kids and anyone who gets a little nervous. He’s been a fantastic teacher.

Just booked I once in a lifetime vacation to New Zealand. Decided that I wanted to be able to dive the Great Barrier Reef. Sonny Side of Scuba, is helping make that a reality. Paul has been an amazing instructor and has been extremely patient and helpful in relieving my scuba diving anxieties! Thank you for your hard work and dedication in helping new divers meet their goals, your awesome!

My son was the first one to sign up for lessons with Paul. He has really enjoyed learning from Paul and can't wait to be certified, when he turns 10. Paul was able to make the learning fun and relate to my son on a level that my son understood. My husband and I watched our son take the class and decided to learn ourselves. Paul is very patient, knowledgeable , helpful, and friendly. He has allowed us to practice with him multiple times before completing our certification test. Wonderful guy to work with! Thanks!

I got my Open Water Certification from Sonny in June of 2018. I have since taken my Advance Open Water and Rescue Diver. I was so confident with his abilities that had him certify my daughter as well. We are both working toward our Dive Master certifications together. Sonny is great instructor! He has patients and always has the safety of his students in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend Sony Side Of Scuba for any of your scuba needs!

Took Paul's (Sonny) open water class in June of '19. This was a new skill for me, and with it came the normal anxieties. The one-on-one and relaxed atmosphere was perfect for this course!
