In relocating my mom, we have rented a storage unit while her house is being built. We only go in to the office once a month to pay the rental fee. Yesterday, I went in to rent another storage unit so we can finish emptying her house and Marcus remembered who I was and even asked about one of my kids. He is so pleasant to talk with and work with. He has great customer service skills. I appreciate his thoughtfulness, kindness and friendliness. I highly recommend Fairview Place Self Storage, not only for their great customer service but also because everything is clean, well-lit and secure. A+

Great place for storage very clean they are willing to work with you if you can't pay on tim.nWould still be there but they did not have a larger unit we needed at the time.nWould highly recommend them for your storage needs.
My previous review was deleted, so I will post again. My mother has an inside unit at this facility. Not the climate controlled, but you have to go into a building to get to the unit. I went to go get two boxes of clothes out of the unit, and when sorting through the clothes noticed they were wet and yellow. RAT PEE. We have seen rat traps before with dead rats in them, but thought that the items in the unit were protected. These are just two boxes from a completely full 10x10 unit. Hopefully the rest of the items are not ruined. Did not expect this from an inside unit.
