Was told 45 mins, waited 2 hours received a over cooked burnt pizza, tried calling the manager only to be put on hold for 30 mins, gave up. Which sucks because I have always loved jacks, but this was horrible, didn't even eat the pizza after 2 slices, way to hard and burnt. 30$ wasted
Asked for Refund for my order that was incomplete food was cold, top of pizza was not fully cooked and chicken wings was still cold on inside didn’t receive my sandwich I paid for customer service was very inappropriate. Took my money and never fixed my order or refunded my money. What a ripoff.
Jack’s pizza has generous toppings and the best sauce I’ve ever tasted! Love the simple online ordering and status updates via text. The service has always been fast and friendly. Definitely the best pizza on the south side! A+A+A+

First time trying this Jacks. Our other location is further from where we moved and decided to give this one a try. The crust wasn't fully cooked at all. The top of the pizza looked cooked, but seemed the crust was possibly still frozen when it went in the oven for the terrible texture. Will not go back to this location.
