I visited last night, 8/17/20 and decided to go in so I didn't feel rushed to order and so that I could review the menu. I took 5+ minutes to review (extremely health/nutrition focused) the menu. The gentleman working at the counter took the time to answer any question I had, made suggestions, and educated me on the ingredients in the smoothie I was interested it. As a fitness and nutrition focused consumer, I am impressed and will return despite the higher cost than average.

I understand this location recently opened. I understand the lines are long. However if someone is willing to wait for a smoothie, it should be blended as a smoothie and not a slushy with ice in it. I couldn't even enjoy some of my smoothie because there was so much ice.nnI assume this location was just in a rush, and things will get better once things settle.

They are hit and miss. The consistency of the smoothie changes every time I go there. I ordered a smoothie before and it didn't taste like the same smoothie I ordered the day before. I got tired of being disappointed. I will say the staff is very friendly.

I just wanted a simple Strawberry Banana Smoothie & their menu is crazy long with several sections. Each section had a new list of ingredients or additives that took way too long for drive through. The Smoothie itself had ice cream or yogurt in it that made it nasty. Also, I paid extra for the added energy boost, but when I got home 20mins later I fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon. No energy at all.

I've visited this Smoothie King location four times since it opened. Yes, the lines and wait time are a bit long; however, that's to be expected with a new restaurant that's crazy busy. Ordering ahead with the mobile app and picking up inside are a breeze. My smoothies have been well-blended and correct each time I've visited.nnThe staff are always kind. Like another reviewer mentioned, I have seen some wearing masks incorrectly, which is a concern. Other than that, I've had nothing but good experiences here and will continue to patronize this Smoothie King! I'm hoping they'll add another location to the south side soon.
