I love Jimmy John's but this is consistently the worst one I visit. After my most recent visit I won't be back. Placed an order online for pickup on a Friday night at 6:30pm. Went to pick up the order and they said they were out of bread for the night that they canceled the order and it didn't go through. Well, my bank app shows a charge so it wasn't canceled. No one from the restaurant contacted me by phone or text prior. Also, if you are running a sandwich shop without bread on Friday night you might as well just lock the doors and go home cause what's the point? I should've read the other reviews here before I wasted my time. Whoever owns this franchise in Greenwood needs to sell it, cause they have no business operating a restaurant.

I called on the phone to place an order 2x about 5 minutes apart. Neither call was answered. When I arrived at the store, I asked if the phones were working. The young lady stocking cups said, “Catherine?” (caller id showed my name) I replied “Yes”. “I didn’t hear it.” Guess not the music was Blaring. Well she had a mask on it was under her chin not across her mouth and nose. I will choose a different Jimmy John’s next time. The sandwiches are good but I’m not taking the chances on my health.

Ordered from mobile app for pick up. Music was so loud the cashier couldn’t hear me say my name. The 6 people behind the counter had no masks on and where yelling at each other because of the music. The employees didn’t look like the most hygienic people as well. This is the second time I have experienced this at this location. I won’t be back. I would suggest you don’t either.

I give this location 1/10. They are very rude and none of the workers were wearing mask. They all had very poor hygiene. Nobody was nice and quite frankly the cashier was the rudest. Most of them had long untamed hair that was not in a hat or hair net. Do not waste your time here or money. Horrible experience.

Great sandwich. The unwich is delicious. No indoor seating and all employees NO Mask. Delivery guy was sweaty and huffying and puffing around the food
