Decent pizza. Not bad. Not great. Excellent service. Maybe it's just not my style.
This would be the second time ordering from this location with a bad experience. Poor customer service. The first time ordering at this location I was told one price over the phone for my order and then a different when I arrived to pay when I asked why I was told the coupon I gave over the phone didn't work for what I ordered even though I confirmed over the phone. The second time I ordered when I came to pick up my food they forgot my 2 liter. I reminded them about the 2 liter to get home and realize they gave me the wrong sauce. When we called the woman who answered the phone was rude and kept asking if my order was for pick up or delivery. They have officially lost my families service.
Best pizzas if you love old style tasty yummy pizzas you will love Jacks and fast service too. You all can keep your papajohns and new pizza joints they are all the same but Jacks is unique and the tastiest in town.
First time ordering from here and definitely will be my last. Didn’t give me my full order and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. Customer service is rude. You’d think they would do better with only delivery and pick up. Gave one star but if I could it would be negative stars.
My one-topping pepperoni and cheese pizza was way too salty.nOnly one star and in question whether I order again.....
