We usually love getting pizza from this place but tonight we tried ordering online and it said they don't deliver to our address (which they've delivered to us many of times) then when we chose the carry out option it said the web ordering was closed to call them. We called three times an hour before they were supposed to close and no one picked up. Was pretty disappointed.
The pizza here is quite delicious, the customer service was excellent was well, the girl who served us our food, Adara was her name, she made sure we had everything we needed. Quite a poggers experience in the books.
Placed an order for delivery. Was told 30-35 minutes. An hour later I called asking about my order. Was told it's been under a heat lamp and they were short on drivers. Unfortunately this hasnt been a first with Marco's. I ended up asking for new pizzas to be made and I would pick them up. I paid over the phone with a tip for delivery. So after 1hour and 30 minutes we finally ate pizza. I would love for the Manager or owner to respond.
Delivery was 40 minutes late! Food was barley warm. Bread sticks hard. Not sure if I will ever order from there again!!!
Pizza was good.. Customer service is awful.. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up after 15 minutes. I then waited in drive thru for another 30 minutes after paying.. After calling while I was in drive thru they seemed to be confused with no explanation.. This store lacks good customer service!
