The customer service we received from the men who helped us was EXCELLENT! The employee (we didn't get his name, sorry) who helped ring up and install the new car battery we needed went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He was AWESOME and we were so grateful for his help and he was SO NICE!!! We will recommend this store to everyone for excellence in service and products!
The customer service was EXCELLENT! Both gentlemen in the store were attentive to all customers (and they were busy), helpful to all with their technical support and worked to provide additional information to customers from bulb selections to my iPhone screen repair. I was one of 5 customers in the store and I am certain that all would feel the same way. Well done!
iPad repair took 12 days when I was told 2-3. I was told on day 4 that they were finishing it up and it needed to dry. On day 10 I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I drove to the store 4.5 hours later only to be told it wasn't going to ready that day. I asked that my screen saver be saved because it had a lifetime warranty and they threw it away. They did provide a discount which is why I'm bumping it to a 2 star. Their communication and attitude were less than acceptable

The person who answered the phone was very helpful with information on fixing my beats headphones.. Even at the point that it went beyond the score benefiting. Great customer service! Wish I knew his name...
