The ladies in the office are fantastic to work with and the owner even took the time to answer questions.The guys showed up as scheduled and repaired everything as stated in the proposal.nIt was very reassuring to have the support and honesty that MECI provides.

I had Midwest come out to replace the old 60amp box to 200amps. The old one wasnt safe anymore. The quote was professional and was not a sales tactic. It took awhile to get this scheduled due to Duke Energy and the weather. At times I wouldnt hear anything back but its a process . The existing pole was bent from the house and made the gutters bow out. Which is another task of itself. The new fuse box obviously speaks for itself! They made sure to clean the mess when they were finished which I highly respect. When I got home I checked it out and was impressed with the work they did! I can now move forward with fixing the gutters. The two assigned this job really nailed it! The price was great that I didnt get a 2nd opinion, sometimes you pay for quality work! Highly recommend!!

Told that I would expect a service at about 1PM. Tech called at 9AM and arrived at 10AM Found my problem in less than an hour. Resolved it. Very courteous.
