I come here weekly and never had any issues.
Team is always great and helpful! Troy is always a smiling face when you see him! And to top it off the store is always clean.
My doctor increased the dosage on one of my scripts, so I had them send a new prescription for the increased amount.nThe prescription is on the expensive side, so I have a manufacturer's coupon to help with the cost.nAfter filling this script, multiple times, for the lower dosage and having no problem using the coupon; all of the sudden my coupon is denied and I get told that there is nothing they can do and that I have to call my insurance. Very rude. No compassion at all.
They're always very nice and polite
Decided to have my antibiotic and to this pharmacy because it was on my way home. Huge waste of time. The pharmacy was busy so the pharmacists were all in bad moods. This being my first time I gave them my insurance card. She took it for a minute before telling me she couldn't verify my birthdate and I needed to call them. (I just called and my birthdate is obviously correct). I'm pretty sure they just wanted to shoe me along. Now I wasted 20 minutes and will have to have my script sent elsewhere.
