I wanted to share that the sales process was seamless. Want to thank Alex in particular, who went well beyond the realm of what is considered exemplary service. I could not make it to the dealership in person, and Alex took it upon himself to record a video of the vehicle my wife wanted. I have purchased many vehicles and no one has ever taken that step. I’m not sure if that’s an O’Brien thing or an ALEX thing... either way... take a bow, and other dealers take notice. Would also like to than JD Gumm, who was very courteous and diligent in pursuing our financing needs. I cannot remember the gentleman in the financial offices’ name, but he was very awesome with offering services to make payments as easy as possible. From the start to finish, this trio left a remarkable mark in my mind as far as the O’Brien team. I already utilize the north side O’Brien for vehicle services, but to see that there is a standard at more than one site speaks volumes. I rate my experience as an A. In a time where customer service has taken a backseat in most industries and definitely in the car industry, it is great to see that all is not lost. Give these guys a raise.

Terrible customer service. The front desk people are always nice and helpful but the service guys need to learn the importance of customer service. Every time I talked to them on the phone, they were short with me, did not ask for the information they needed (even though the front desk person said they would), and seemed very condescending. The only person I talked to on the phone that was nice and helpful was Logan. When actually coming into the service area, each time I would stand there and workers would walk by, stare at me, sometimes even say hi, look at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there, but no one would offer to help me unless I actually chased them down.nnHere’s an example: I had called to ask if I could come get some things out of my car. The sales woman said she would transfer me to service so they could ask what car it was, so that they could have my keys ready and know where the car was when I got there. She transferred me to service, and when I asked if I could stop by, all he said (very condescendingly) was “as long as you’re here by 6.” And that was it. So I get there by six. Again, no one greets me and I have to chase a guy down as he’s exiting the service lobby. He finally goes to look for my keys and can’t find them. Had to check three different places to find them, which was VERY alarming. Then, he didn’t know where my car was so we had to go around the lot to find it. Once we found it, I noticed the hood was left up. I commented on it and he said “oh must mean they’ve started looking at it.” Didn’t close it, didn’t seem concerned at all. All in all it was very concerning. The lack of care, concern, and consideration by the service staff means I will never be bringing my car back here again.nnEdited 8 hours after original posting: Changed from 1 to 3 stars because the manager did contact me to apologize and let me know that he does not tolerate this kind of behavior from his employees and to thank me for letting him know about the issues. I appreciate the personal call and attention to my review.

I have had very bad luck finding good service groups to take care of my vehicles.nI finally found that with O’Brien and they are fantastic. It started a little rough having to wait because they are busy but they recouped great. The work took a while so got a vehicle to drive and it was nice and clean.nI will absolutely be going back.

Bought a 2017 Ram 2500 2 days ago from this dealership. Worked the deal out over the phone from six hours away. Truck had a mishap with its radio antenna but the guys in the service department had it fixed and full of gas before I finished my lunch. Jason and David were good to work with. Had a nice talk with the manager who showed me an amazing Challenger that they customized for a customer for a price that was way below what I thought it would cost. Good folks.

I’ve bought several cars from O’Brien and have always been happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. This last experience was no different. I had been in a couple of times in the last month to test drive some used trucks an did not find what I was looking for. Tyler was/is my sales consultant and never pressured me to make any decisions. I inquired about a new truck and was able to a deal that worked out for my needs and wants and also fit my budget. Tyler came up with several options for me to ponder. I am thrilled with my purchase. I certainly will be back for future purchases. O’Brien was good to me, I am certain they will be good to you!nnPete Foltz
