I went to Universal Auto back in February looking for a vehicle that would get me around. To and from work. I dont have very good credit and James hooked me up with a 2008 Dodge Caliber. The car was great and it did have flaws, but I never had any major problems with the car. Having made the weekly payments and felt more stable in my life I was looking to upgrade while keeping near the same payments. I had my eye on a Chevrolet Equinox and when they told me the asking price and hearing it was out of my total range I was pretty bummed, but I still went in and test drove a few vehicles and couldn't find one I liked. James and I talked about the Equinox and come to find out it was actually a bit cheaper for me monthly than the Caliber was. The cherry on top was that I was approved for a loan and it would actually help me get my credit score fixed. Bottom line is, Universal is AMAZING. The people there actually care and work with you. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Very professional and gave me a great deal on a 2008. If you need a vehicle please go check out their cars. Very reasonable and affordable monthly payments. James was very helpful and definitely got me the best deal after a long day of shopping for cars

I highly recommend this place. First let me just say, you can actually go to this lot and look without sales people stalking you and breathing down your neck. They have a great selection of cars for every budget. The cars not only look nice on the outside but inside and under the hood, are great as well! It is hard for people with not so great of credit, like myself, to have an opportunity for something nice. They are willing to help people and get you in car you like(not the car they recommend for you) and payments you can afford. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Ask for James, he is amazing. I was picky and on a tight budget, and I changed mind every time I talked to him about what I wanted. He continued to work hard on application, and treated me like I just showed up with thousands in my hand in a perfect credit score(which I definitely do NOT). It is so refreshing to be able to own the car I do! Thank you Universal, AND THANK YOU JAMES, you were amazing!!!!

Came in and was very impressed with the service and sales representative James got us what we wanted recommend that if you need a reliable and nice vehicle he's your guy and this is the place if there were ten stars I'd give eleven!!!!
