The prices are fair, but it's not a seamless purchasing process. He really only accepts financing from his lending institutions, not Chase Bank, not Fifth Third Bank, and that's so that he protects himself, which I get, but it's very difficult for the buyer, so you need either trust your lending to a stranger, or have all of the cash upfront (cashier check).nnHe does seem like a nice guy though, and it's good to support small business.
