Quickest car buying experience ever! We drove from Louisville to get the Giulia they had just received. Brock was great and listened to what I wanted. (I had originally wanted an Audi TT but after test driving knew it wasn't for me.) We negotiated a price, and had our own financing. After getting there to pick up the car, it took about half an hour to finish the paperwork and drive off! Excellent! (Nobody in the business and apparently in the entire town wears masks, however.)
The staff is always extremely kind and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. Mike Dine always assists us with our inquiries. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with!! 5 stars all around!

Expect changes in management to happen often and changes in your agreement, with little regard to who you spoke with previously. They don't do deferments if you're in a tight spot, and if they offer to work with you, they give the absolute bare minimum help. Better off going elsewhere.
Terrible shaped used vehicles waited 15 maybe 20 minutes to even test drive it, negotiating skills for poor vehicles is terrible. The one we wanted to test drive had a leak in the head oil leaking and they said it passed their inspection would not buy. Woods automotive down the road is exceptional.
