Doug Alger was my salesman. I live in Dallas, TX & I’ve never purchased a car out of state and had many concerns. That meant more work than normal for Doug, but he was always happy to take a call or text. He really went the extra mile, and doesn’t play games. He’s straight forward and honest... NOT PUSHY AT ALL and that’s a breathe of fresh air in the car buying world today. I have bought 15 cars in my life, and this was the quickest, easiest, friendliest experience I’ve had yet. Wes Shelton (in finance dept?) was equally as accommodating. We had the deal done start to finish in a matter of minutes and they had the car on a trailer the next day. Go see Doug & Wes - I promise you’ll be as satisfied as I am.
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the fact that they worked around my schedule even allowing me to finish the purchase right as they were closing. My wife and I had a great buying experience. We kind of knew going into it what we wanted, so that made it easier. Never felt pressured and they were very appreciative of our business. Our salesman Tracey was a great guy who will put you at ease with his great personality. Will definitely look at buying another vehicle from them in the future.
Went with the vehicle in mind to purchase. Jim was great and easy to work with. The children were kept busy with the TV and hot chocolate in the lobby. Overall a great experience will be back for service and the next vehicle need.
