I’m always amazed at the customer service provided to Service customers at Dreyer & Reinbold VW. From the very beginning, Julia Denham was fantastic getting my car scheduled and working out the pick-up and drop-off process. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and made it so seamless. Then, I met Mike who brought me the loaner car and picked up my car. He was so professional and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He even reminded me to grab whatever I might need from my car before he left with it. Mike brought my car back to me sparkling clean.nnI’ve always thought no one could ever beat Chick-Fil-A with their level of customer service but let me say, y’all have taken the number 1 spot in my eyes.nThrilled to be a Dreyer & Reinbold customer!!

We had a hard time getting an appointment at a different VW service shop in southern Indiana so we drove a few hours to Greenwood when we were told they could work us in within one day. The service was excellent and we were more than happy with our experience. If we have any further issues, we will be going to Greenwood from now on!

I have used the VW dealer in Bloomington, downtown Indy and Avon. This place is the best. They actually fix your VW rather than billing you for stuff they think you need. Like one wanted to change the oil (sticker and oil color clearly showed it was just changed). Then another said it needed a new brain box (D&R got it right--it needed a new battery). Early on I had recall work done by another dealer and there was a slight antifreeze smell thereafter. I figured that is what you get these days. BUT after taking my Sportswagon to Dreyer Reinbold for a brake job, not only did they do the brakes---but the antifreeze smell dissappeared! (They must have tightened a hose for me). Cant beat these guys for workmanship.

Dreyer is an excellent dealership. CJ Mantel was our salesperson and he listened to our needs, respected our time and answered all of our questions. We recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good car buying experience.

Awesome place and great communication! I had car problems over labor day weekend and they set me up an appointment for Wednesday morning. They ended up getting my car fixed on Tuesday and ready for pickup a day before it was supposed to be looked at!
