Our Infiniti QX60 broke down while traveling across the country. We were in a unfamiliar area of the country and didn’t know what to do. Karen Dunbar and team did a great job of scheduling, providing a loaner and servicing my Q60. I only go in once a year, but she always remembers me and makes the process efficient and comfortable. I also like the new text feature to confirm any choices that need to be made during the inspection. It really saves on the calling back and forth for those who are at occupied during the day.
