I ordered a standard meal over the app. I picked up my order and headed home. My sandwich was missing. I tried calling but no one picked up. I had to drive back to the restaurant. I spoke to the manager, she was aware I didn't get my sandwich and offered to give me fresh food. I waited ten minutes before I said just give me what you have. Now this was now 45 minutes since my initial order over an app that stresses convenience. The manager kinda got an attitude and said she was getting me fries. I said, just get the order right next time and left. All in all, over an hour, two car trips... Not worth it.

10 minutes to mess up my order. :/nUpdate: I must be a glutton for punishment, because I went back. This time something simple: one small coffee. It was handed to me with 1-1/2 in gap from the top of my already SMALL cup. I asked for them to fill it up but got over an inch gap from the top. I informed the person that I was not pleased. She shrugged and dismissed me.
Order was correct!!!!
One of the best McDonald's around. Normally fast service, crowded @ lunch & dinner. Always fresh food.
