Generally great service, however store manager Tim Toon, who does not wear a mask, will refuse service to a customer if they aren't wearing one.
My day isn’t right without Starbucks. That says it all. My favorite coffee spot. Excellent customer service the staff are always welcoming.
They are never open when they are supposed to be and I'm done driving across town for a maybe they are open experience. Needs better management and staff that actually shows up to work.
Love the drinks. Lately I have received drinks with a cup and it's not full at times almost an inch from the top. My last visit I was in the drive thru for over 10 min. I was late because the were just running slow. No apologies given needless to say I was not happy. I usually get better service.
It's a Starbucks. Not much to say. I can say that this location is convenient if you are in the mall. It's somewhat in the center. Not convenient if you are passing by and want a coffee. They would have gotten 5 stars if the service was a little faster. They took 8 customers orders then made them all at once. I was customer 2 so I had to wait for everyone else to place their order before they started making mine. It's was delicious though!
