Got order wrong on a busy Friday night made me and all my kids go back through drive thru to correct their mistake, will never be back to this location, what a joke.
I once came by for just a coke through the drive-thru during their night shift, and all three interactions I had were so nice and sincere! They were all so sweet, and genuine with the little small talk I made at each window or speaker. Absolutely my favorite McDonald's in Greenwood.
I don't normally review places but I've never had such a bad experience at a McDonald's. I've been her for 15 minutes and I'm still waiting for my food. When I got here there was a line being ignored. The people in front of me had to call someone over to help them. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my food and all I hear is the workers screaming at each other in the back. I'm pretty sure the main one yelling is the manager too.... instead of making my food they are yelling at each other where they are going to dinner. I waited 25 minutes for a cold burger and fries. I just moved here around the corner and I will NEVER be back.
They are quick but sometimes makes you pull up and wait on drinks which in my mind doesn't make sense... If it was food I could see it but drinks are quick to make...
Okay food for good prices. It's a great place if you're short on time or money.
