I ordered on the app. The food sat out of the oven for more than an hour.nI decided to pick up my food myself as it was getting late and the delivery driver had not even left the store with it.nThe Manager , Caleb , told me that no discount , coupon, credit or even reversal of delivery charges would be issued.nNice customer service, Caleb.nYou just lost another customer

Halloween night and they are slammed but the food came out hot and fresh!! It took a little longer for delivery so we just picked up from the store, everything was perfect and I'll continue to order from here over the local pizza hut in Franklin . good work Dominos!!

Most of the time Domino's comes through with great food. Not only their pizzas, but the rest of the menu is tasty too. Especially the sandwiches and the pasta's. I recommend trying all of the offerings to appreciate the range of good food they provide. And delivery is just as quick if not better than GrudHub or DoorDash..

This is by far the WORST Dominos I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. They delivered us a pizza that tasted like cardboard. Then told us that to replace it either we go pick it up or we wait another hour (despite it being their error). They did give us a credit, however, they then delivered to the wrong address and the manager, Chase, didn’t quite know what to say when I asked if the wrong customer would’ve had to sign for it despite the extra amount was being charged on our card. And when I said that worried me he stuttered and didn’t quite know how to reposed other than oh yeah you’re right. Wow! Don’t order from them! Clearly they don’t care!
