My friend's and I stopped in today to give this place a try. I was so impressed with the drink menu! All three of us enjoyed every sip of our drinks. We chatted with the owner for awhile who was very friendly and didn’t mind our company. This just may be my new favorite coffee shop in Franklin. If you are downtown, I highly recommend giving The Local grind a try!nThey also have a HUGE fall flavors menu!
We went in and it was nice and quiet. The young lady answered all our questions and made us some incredible drinks, which we drank and had great conversation about this beautiful downtown. Delicious drinks for sure!
This place is small and cozy with a huge menu their drinks pack tons of flavor and don't break the bank the staff was very friendly and answered all of our many questions

I have to agree with a review that said the manager was rude. We’ve been in there twice, each time was the same experience, and two other people that I know went there, also said the same thing. She seems rather annoyed that people don’t know what they want, but she should expect that considering it’s a new business, and she does have so many options. I was suggest putting a menu board outside so people can read what they want before they go in. The bad service is quite surprising considering opening a new establishment during a pandemic- one would think the Customer Service would be stellar. While the customer service isn’t great, and the set up is a little funky inside. I will say her drinks are really good. It’s unfortunate though after two times of the same service we will not be returning.
