Great service and saw a guy training other workers, was very respectful and polite and helpful. :)
Line was long but they are super efficient & very friendly
Waited in line for 40 minutes. No apology. This location is always slow.
Slow service understaffed takes 30 plus minutes to get a drink in the drive-thru.
I'm usually forgiving when it comes to Starbucks, knowing how popular and busy they are. However, the staff on duty (02/08/20 @2:30) were rude, and scurrying around hectically. It took them over 40 minutes to make our two drinks (dragon fruit and salted caramel cold brew with sweet creme).
