I came here as a trucker to use their shower and I found that someone left their body wash and it was still there. It’s the blue bottle in the pic. Only God knows who left it there. I can now say based on that this place isn’t safe and if you come here and get corona a week or two afterward it might be because they don’t clean the place well especially if the showers look like this:

My mom and I are traveling with my grandpa who is in a wheelchair and needs assistance using the bathroom. They didn't have a family room but the cashier up front was SUPER sweet and said she would close the ladies room for us if we needed but realised the wheelchair wouldn't fit so she opened up a shower room for us to use.nnIt was the 3rd stop looking for a place that would be able to accommodate my grandpa and not only were they able to but the staff were so nice and I really appreciate that.

Apparently this place uses unfiltered well water.nI say that because the water smells like a shallow well ,& because of the orange discoloration on the shower walls.nWith that being said, I wouldn't drink any beverages like coffee, or fountain drinks from this facility.nApparently the H2O filtration system is either non-existent, or needs to be changed.nI.E. shallow well water is okay to shower in,( even though you might stink afterwards, but i wouldn't drink it because it can get you sick. )nThere's plenty of parking.nMcDonald's was closed by the time I got here at 00:00 hours.nWas directed to the Arby's across the street in my quest for food.

Pilot is my go-to truck stop. I travel between Canada and the US a lot. Great showers, good fuel prices, excellent coffee. Only gripe is the wifi. I bought premium for a year. It works great in store, but 90 percent of time I get a weak signal in my truck and it's too inconsistent too have a 3 minute video call with the wife. Please fix your wifi!
