People are nice most of the time. I had one cashier who was nit very nice in her customer service. However, most have been. The people are not knowledgeable about camping sometimes, depending on who you happen to speak with. This is not good. Prices are high but they generally have a good selection of inventory. They also have a decent layout of the store to find things and a small clearance section. There has been activity of stolen RVs off their lot and one or two were owned by customers and not the store. They do offer a mechanical service department. It is high-priced as well.

Mitchell Hines was our sales rep, I had corresponded with him via email for about two weeks before I actually was able to get into the store with my wife. He made sure to keep contact the entire time. We traded in our camper and got an amazing trade for it. Not to mention, our finance guy(has huskys and rescues dogs) was absolutely AMAZING. he cared more about conversations with my wife and I about dogs and other stuff, we were not rushed at all, we slowly got the paperwork done for financing at our own pace during signing. He was extremely thorough about his job. He was awesome. We will from now on, into work with those two people.

I suppose your experience here depends on the sales person you get, ours wasn't terrible but he definitely didn't want to be there that day and it showed in all aspects of the transaction. The financial guy was awesome and helpful however so it kind of evens out.nEdit 10/11/20 so I called our Sales guy to confirm that we could get our walkthrough done in a timely manner and that the rig would be ready.nWe arrived at our appointment time and were met at the door by Bill. It was a redeeming experience so I gladly update my rating to 5

Camping World of Indianapolis will do whatever it takes to get you to buy from them. Once the sale is completed, beware they don't care about the customer. Customer Service is a joke. They do not check the units out and will rush you out the door. If you live in another state, good luck. I would never purchase from Camping World again. I would recommend zero stars. The tech's caused a huge water leak and still will not help get it fixed.nnI would like to mention that on the pick up day, the technician who walked us through all the appliances, water connections, furnace etc -- Did not even know where the shut-off values were - Did not even know how to operate most of the items on the unit. Items were not installed, but it was ready for customer delivery.nnStay away from Charles and Nick.

I like to thank Mark Huey for the outstanding job he did with our RV purchase at Camping World Greenwood. We have purchased three RVs at the Greenwood location and we have always requested Mark as our sales person.nMr. Huey is professional in every sense of the word. The kind of sales person whom you can reach out for assistance when issues arise with the camper. His knowledge of camping is vast and can always provide answer when needed.nMany thanks Mark!
