Very easy to deal with. Convenient auto payment option. Easy access from highway 50 and fair prices. I have used them multiple times when I need storage.
My storage unit got broken into & several items stolen over 3 weeks ago, and absolutely zero action was taken by Ace HWY 50. I filed a police report & left a voicemail to the company on May 12. I’ve yet to hear back from Ace, however, they made sure to take my payment for June. Poor customer service considering I do pay the insurance on the unit for the month. If I wasn’t in NY for work I would have moved the remainder of my big furniture out already. Would never recommend this storage unit.
Very nice people to work with. Always willing to assist if there’s a problem. Rates are very reasonable, would definitely rent from them again.
From my searches its the Cheapest around. and very nice people. I love the gate they have which you need a code to enter.
