The pharmacy is a joke. The people are always rude and disrespectful. I always drop my prescription off in the morning and schedule them to be picked up at a certain time and what for? Good question cause when I go to pick them up at said time; oh they aren't ready yet sir it will be around 15 to 25 minutes before it's ready. What a joke! As soon as I can I will be changing to a different pharmacy and recommend everyone at least in Madison Indiana, stay away from this place go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect. Horrible place! #BEWARE!!

Fast associate tonight,there so busy u can be on hold till they close if u don't call them early enough. if its near closing time they will shut the gate to pharmacy right in ur face and make u wait a day.

Such a horrible horrible place. Don’t answer their phones. Close whenever they want. Rude employees. Just terrible.

Every time I call to talk to the pharmacy I'm on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. If I go in the store they have at least 3 people working back there but apparently they don't know how to answer a phone
