They need someone nicer in the drive thru. Jen is rude. It wouldn't hurt her to learn to smile or be nice to customers. She's the main reason we cancelled our account with them.

Very unpleasant experience had trouble with one of their employees on more then one occasion. Made me feel uncomfortable to keep my money at this location.
