Simple one star because I ordered one item a double cheeseburger at approximately 730-8 pm and it was cold. Went through drive thru again and got another one which staff at food delivery window rude as I've experienced in awhile and one of them was the manager a female the other was a light skin younger guy and both rude but the second double cheeseburger was cold is the first one I basically just threw them both in the garbage can a few minutes ago because what else is not to do with them they're cold and I can't get one hot one out of two cheeseburgers

I bought the Cheap 2 cheeseburger ice vanilla coffee was bland too creamy but not very tasty..wasn't hot bun starting to get hardened crust why do i bother with going..service is strained as with taste of the food.

Food was pretty good, hot and made well, but the service via drive thru was extremely slow. It added over a half an hour to my trip.

I go there alot used to work there. .they have very friendly service. They are fast lot of the same workers that have worked there for a long time.. says alot.

Hanover Indiana. Poorly Managed. yet friendly. Make sure and go through the drive thru. They ignore customer that come in, to keep the drive through moving. Today I went inside to order with 1 man and his 2 kids in front of me. The drive through line went around the building and into the parking gas station parking lot next door. The car in front of me that pulled inline at the drive through was behind 20 cars yet got their food faster then I did with 1 family in front of me. very poorly managed.
