Never again. Dishonest, unprofessional, told me on my window job, when nothing was finished and broken trim replaced, insulation hanging out, clear sealant all over woodwork, gaps, that it was done and up to me to finish. After providing pictures and saying I was not happy, he spent the installer back to finish then caulked himself. Told the installer he wasn't welcome at my house, which was a lie, kept saying he cashed the remaining $2200 check he didn't really cash. Just a fiasco.

Thanks to Rob & Theresa Schwartz Contracting we have a wonderful home now. We knew we were in good hands with them. I have never seen so much genuine care with the effort they all had put into our home. We appreciate everything and I will always keep you recommended.

We had a new roof, windows, soffit, gutter, flooring and some repairs under the house, as well as a wall in the house, done with Schwartz. The team was amazing! They are respectful, hard working and professional. They took their time making sure everything they did was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the work the guys did and will call them anytime we need anything done to the house! You can’t go wrong with Schwartz!

Rob & Theresa Schwartz Contracting completely remodeled a few rooms in my home and the way it turned out was amazing. The quality of work was out of this world. They got there and simply got the job done, if there was any problems it had gotten taken care of that moment. I am very happy with how it all turned out and I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone.
