Closed to walk in couldn't use restroom, drive thru open
Sutherlins BK is pretty good. But like any fast food place they screw up sometimes. A few weeks ago we went thru the drive thru and took our food home without checking the bags got home in 10 minutes and low and behold they gave us 3 extra whopper's and an order of chicken fries. Some days you're the window, some days you're the bug. ud83dude4c
Staff is incredibly rude and implied that I could not read the sign on the door to walk through the drive through since I am 55 feet long. I told the gentleman that I was not there I was in my hotel room and was calling ahead to see there policies since I am not from around here. To say my family will not be stopping in there will the least of their problems. They have permently lost my business and I will be sharing by word of mouth. I think the staff needs to be educated on how to talk with people instead of assuming and being rude to customers.
I had a poor quality meal. They forgot the mozzarella stick sauce. The mozzarella sticks and jalepno bites were light brown and tasted microwaved. Not crispy and golden like ive had at other locations. Then our impossible whoppers... They were borderline cold, even though they came out the window very fast. We asked for cheese and they put it in between the veggies, while other locations it partially melts to the patty. Overall — the food was very disappointing for $17. It would have been cheaper and better to buy food from a gas station. Bleh.
The sign says open till 10pm and that place closed an hour early! And the employee sitting on the curb did not have the decency to tell us. Watched us drive to the order location and wait. They don even deserve the one star.
