I will be honest. We didn't drive to Seymour to go to Edwards Auto Sales. We headed to a dealership where we found the same year vehicle with more bells and whistles. But when we drove it, we weren't very impressed with the car or really the dealership. in fact, we had already visited several large dealerships where we felt more like we were getting pushed into something we had an initially visit at the store for, so we figured we would try out this smaller auto place.nnThey were much smaller and I didn't expect to see anything that I liked. When we got there, however, we saw the vehicle that initially drew us this place, just a little more basic, but in much better shape, and at a good price. so we took it for a test drive and fell in love with it.nnWe hadn't interacted with the staff much at this point. But, when we did, We were so happy with the way we were treated. not only did they go out of their way to accommodate us while we were there, but they made sure that our experience was well-handled professionally and faster than what we ever see at a dealership. And the end, they helped us out with a few things in the truck that We didn't expect to get from them. And then we had to take it back for a couple things, which they handled immediately and professionally. they were so kind and polite and accommodating. this Auto sale store has completely altered my viewpoint of visiting a smaller auto sales place instead of going to a dealership. I would use them again. I highly recommend them. there is nothing negative I have to say about this company.
