I had a payment plan contract with Tom. Never missed a payment and always paid more than amount due. He decided 1 day that he no longer wanted to do payments, he wanted paid in full. Rather than contact me directly. He backhandedly came and repo my truck. Took me 3 days for him to return my calls and 1 week before he'd give me back my truck. Even though I gathered the money to pay him off in full. That was 6 years ago. Now he refuses to remove himself as lien holder against my vehicle.
