Big Macs had very little sauce and hardly no lettuce on them and when I asked for a cup of extra sauce and lettuce, the dude said he would have to charge me for it. I ended up taking one of the burgers and showed him what we were served. He apologized and added more sauce and lettuce to one of the burgers and gave me a container with extra Mac sauce. We weren't even given ketchup and napkins with our order.
Ordered 2 mcdoubles got to truck and went to eat them. They actually forgot to put the patties in. Just had buns with cheese. Took back they gave me 2 more. This time 1 only had 1 Patty the other was fine. Awful, awful, awful.
One star is generous. Worst experience ever. Took 35 minutes for two cheese burgers. Crew was yelling at each other it was horrific. WASTE OF TIME!
I am totally appalled with the way I was treated at this location! I believe my interaction was with a manager no less! He was a tall white guy with blonde hair and blonde eye brows. All I did was ask for BBQ sauce and began spewing profanity at me using the F word and the B word! I will never come here again. I expected better from McDonalds! I see you all hire anybody. DISGUSTING!
Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was actually pretty good. Biscuit was cooked just right, not to dry. Had to wait a few min on our food but other than that wasn't a bad experience at all
