Paid for a shower got maybe 5 minutes of warm water then it felt like I was taking a shower in a swimming pool the water was so cold I had to cut my shower really early. I just wanna get clean with warm/hot water. Please fix this. I was in shower 1.
Nice rest stop. Quite a selection of items. Their sandwiches are good
The store was clean and the restrooms needed some attention but not terrible. Coffee station was nice and clean and stocked. Staff were all very courteous. The parking lot was a bit dirty and the pavement was pretty uneven. Showers are my only complaint. They were dirty. Hard water build up when there is a water softener to prevent that. If they were properly cleaned and not just dried this would not happen. The sink was not cleaned and the mirror was spotty too. Photos are of some of the areas needing attention.
I am a female passenger to a trucker so we take team showers. Great water pressure if water is turned all way on but water wasn't super hot but I was comfortable. Shower 12 door handle is broke so door didn't shut properly and no occupied lock just that door latch. The vent above sink turned on after shower which made bathroom a little chilly no light in shower itself and no light switch for inside shower no trash bin inside bathroom. Overall good shower.
Terrible location. Showers given to more than one person at a time. Please lock your doors. Hair in showers. Toothpaste on handles. Restrooms are not kept up. Missing lock/handles on stalls. People bathing in bathroom sinks with virus spreading. Will never return to this location
