I like it... great weekly pay, steady work load, co workers for the most part are great to work with, a bit pushy and & sometimes incorrect in trying to correct you when you’ve got it down. As far as management, they seem great, encouraging, helpful when needed. They make, pay for & bring in lunches to show appreciation and fun. They have a quick shift meeting to get us going and give us a chance (if wanted to speak up). The only complaint I have, I was hired Monday through Friday (that’s part of why I applied) was told that we rarely have mandatory overtime... well, we have overtime every night and every Saturday sometimes we don’t even know if we’re just expected to stay like it’s a regular shift other than that I like my job & I like my Saturdays to visit my grandkids, kids, family.

First, I can say that since I’ve been here at Easton Maverik & Bauer I’ve loved the job and learning what it’s all about. Just like every other warehouse that is brand new, expect change. Management has done nothing but take care of their associates. So many opportunities have been given to those who have put in the work. The culture is great! The pay is awesome, guarantee hours and more. Take this review from a person who’s started in January and is still currently here! Come join the family! #OneTeam.

New supervisor Chris Lawson decided I wasn't a good fit for the company after being a temp for 4 months 2 months pass what I was told hired on for 1 month then fired because they say I wasn't a good fit for the culture. White people same ol story
