I no longer have a unit with PSS, but when I did, I had no problems at all. Everything stayed dried and undisturbed. The receptionist that I signed up with was polite and very nice. If I need a unit in the future, I will give them a call. I have recommended them to my granddaughter, who is looking for storage.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been paying customers for 4 years and never missed a payment. We store our camper here and it is next to a corner pie shaped space that has never been a rental space. Darla told us 3 years ago that we could park our boat there as long as we parked close to the camper and didn't impede on anyone else's space. Today I received a phone call from the owner. He accused us of theft of services and stealing from him. Told me to get my boat or he was having it towed. Told me he had a waiting list 10 miles long and that was a space for rent. When I explained that we had permission to park it there beside our space, he called me a liar and then said if Darla did tell us that, then it was only temporary. I told him that we had been parked there for 3 years and that wasn't temporary. I asked if the wait list was so long then why have we been permitted to be there for 3 years if it's a rented space? He screamed at me and told me to get my stuff out of his lot or he was having it towed and hung up on me. I even google earthed it and it shows that the area the boat is in is unmarked with no number. There is a number on our camper space and a number in the next camper space consecutively. I have never been treated so poorly by a business that we have been good paying customers of for 4+ years!!! When my husband called him back to explain to him that Darla even made someone move out of that space for us one day when we returned from the lake and someone had parked there, he was rude and disrespectful to him as well. Now my husband has to leave work to go over there and move it or be threatened. PITIFUL PITIFUL customer service. Life is way too short to be dealing with this angry, hateful old man!!! And by the way, his name is Robert Baum and it's Plainfield Self Storage on Carr Road, just so you know I have the right place, since that seems to be your answer for everyone's negative comments on here.

These people don't care about your belongings. It's only about your payment. Very quick to bill you but have a door issue or any other issue then you're out of luck. 2 days to get a call back mean while my stuff gets rained on. It's been now a week and I'm just now getting scheduled to meet there door guy who gave me an entire days worth of running around and playing phone tag to get told well it won't be today now. He's already back on Greencastle. I don't have 6 hours to wait no one does. Now I have to change units when it's 90 degrees outside no shade and they think it's all just cost of business... Yeah my cost. They even hung up when I called to explain and discuss my issue with them.

Well. If you call this place looking for prices, Donna will tell you that they are NOT on 267 and after she tells you that they are all full, she will hang up on you. Like life isn't crappy enough as it is, having to look for a storage unit.
